Having moved to ground-floor, more expansive premises at 362 Chatsworth Road (the old Chatsworth Motor Spares unit) earlier this year, iDeal Flooring has significantly enhanced the shopping experience for its ever-growing band of loyal customers. Ideal Flooring is a firmly-established, family-run and independent flooring business. Joint partners, Kevin Howarth and Callum Virgillio, are both born and bred in Chesterfield.
Between them they have a wealth of experience in the carpet and flooring industry, which enables them to offer a fantastic personal service.
Callum oversees all the installations personally. Customers can have peace of mind that everything will be managed to exacting standards by one of the partners. A key member of Callum's team is apprentice fitter, Nathan Howarth, Kevin's son.
Kevin manages the showroom and deals with all the customers at the outset. This means that there's always an immediate point of contact and a friendly voice at the end of the phone.
iDeal are now recognised as a Karndean Design Flooring showroom, one of the biggest-name luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring manufacturers. "We use quality manufacturers, such as Furlong, Penthouse, Gaskell, Kingsmead, Whitestone Weavers, who supply 100% stain-free carpets, and Invictus Soft Touch, our best seller. We price competitively with roll stock available from £4.99 per sqm. We have room-size roll ends on display from just £40. We offer special discounts for full-house carpeting and flooring requirements, and what's more, on all fittings of carpets in excess of £11.99 per sqm., we offer free underlay, free gripper, free door bar and free delivery! As with everything we stock, a superb fitting service is always readily available.
"A new showroom addition is artificial grass, starting at just £6.99 per sqm. Artificial grass is extremely versatile and will improve the look of any sized space, including shady areas where real turf struggles to thrive or grow. Following the move and the addition of the Karndean brand, Kevin and Callum are justifiably excited about their future prospects. "We now have the perfect outlet to expand our flooring business," says Kevin. "We can offer our customers much more choice in a far more accessible showroom with ample free parking.
